Refund Policy
Bell's Bargain Barn does not accept general returns unless we made a mistake. If something doesn’t work out, certain items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
We do not offer exchanges.
All returned items will be inspected. Products must be in new or unused condition, with all original inserts and accessories included.
Items Exempt from Returns
Some types of goods are non-returnable, including:

Underwear and swimwear that have been opened, are not in original packaging, or are missing tags

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases, such as:

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Buyer’s Remorse Returns
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when returning items due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., didn’t fit, didn’t like the colour/quality, changed mind, ordered by mistake, or bought elsewhere).
Refunds for Our Error or Defective Products
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, Bell's Bargain Barn will issue a full refund for the merchandise and shipping charges, and we will cover return shipping costs.
If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply.
Starting the Refund Process
To request a return, contact us at Support@BellsBargainBarn.com. We will send you instructions on how and where to return your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Refunds and Shipping Disputes
If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, or if you experience non-delivery, you must contact Bell's Bargain Barn within 10 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Claims may take up to 30 business days depending on the carrier.
Bells Bargain Barn does not hold or accept responsibility for packages reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered after the carrier completes its claim process.
